Some of the TV Series that aired in the 80s and 90s are still fresh in our minds. While we were forgetting the television serials of Doordarshan due to DTH, the government has revived our childhood memories during the Corona Lockdown. In fact, the government has started re-airing several popular shows of 80s and 90s like Doordarshan TV Series such as Ramayana, Circus, Mahabharata, Byomkesh Bakshi.

10. HUM LOG

‘Hum Log’ TV Series aired on Doordarshan in 1984, is the first and oldest television serial of Indian television. 156 episodes of ‘Hum Log’ serial were arrive. In which a family’s struggle for everyday things was shown. The show was directed by P. Kumar Vasudev and writing was by Manohar Shyam Joshi. The lead actor in the show was Ashok Kumar.
